I don't want too much splitting yet, because its only been a week and I want to be comfortable with the plan before I play with it.

Coop,
I'm on Red (which of course is more food than anything else
), but I started plan during X-mas season, which for me as a retail merchandise coordinator means 70 hour weeks. I was in a little different spectrum since I'm at work at 5 each morning. (But, most of the year I'm home at 12:30
) My food day during that crazy insanity looked something like this:
5 am: fruit, starch, protein
10 am: dairy, lite
1-2 pm: protein, veggies, fruit
4 pm: fruit, lite,
6 pm: protein, veggies, starch, fat
8 pm: starch or a fruit, depending on what was left for the day.
I ate dinner late at night all through college, and while I was heavy I maintained my weight. If you plan for something light at night when you get home you'll be fine. Personally, I need something in my stomach before I can go to bed. I'm not sure what type of work you do, but is there any way you can sneak in some food before your meal break?
Also like Cassi said, talk to COD about Blue, it's specifically desinged for us crazy people who work ungodly hours!
