General Diet Plans and Questions - Where is everybody ??? :)

Hi ! I also lost better while following the exchanges plan and would like to start following it again. Is anyone else still doing it ? How is it going ? I'd love to start up this thread again ! Hope to "hear" from somebody else soon ! :) Take care, Denise
