Hi Tiffany! Thanks for getting us started for the week. I did 60 minutes on the treadmill. I've noticed that its taking a bit more effort to raise the heartbeat.....must mean I'm getting fitter. :)

Today I did the Denise Austin Strength training Boot Camp and Flexibility - 30 minutes total....

It was pretty good - but she definitely chatters.

30 minutes elliptical and 12 minutes walking on the treadmill -- I was short on time, so I stepped up the intensity a little on the elliptical. I hope to be outside running again tomorrow!

Today I did a 30 minute stretch workout, a 30 minute "total body" workout and walked with the hubby for 3/4 of a mile!!

We had beautiful weather yesterday so I took the kids to the park. I made 2 laps on the walking trail. That was 1 mile. My ankles and hips are sore today.

Ran four miles yesterday with three other women from the 10k training team. Woohoo! We did have to take a few walk breaks, but we kept a good pace on the run. It's supposed to rain this evening, so I'll be on the treadmill (or dreadmill, as I sometimes call it).

I did my swim class last night. One hour of kicking, swim strokes, breathing exercises...and swallowing water!

I agree with Rhonda. You're not boring, Tricia -- what you are is CONSISTENT, and that's what works! Eventually you'll mix it up, probably, but the great thing is you've got a wonderful habit of working out! That's fantastic!

I forgot to post yesterday. I wasn't going to run but I decided to do speed intervals on the treadmill. I did 2.5 miles and did a faster than normal pace for both the recovery intervals and the speed intervals. Woohoo! Tonight I plan to run an easy, slow 2 miles and take a bodysculpting class at the gym.

2 mile run and 75 minute bodysculpting class. Tonight the instructor REALLY worked our shoulders, biceps, and abs. Everything else too, but those areas will be crazy sore tomorrow!

I went to Curves this morning - and I jogged on all of the recovery boards...

I was hoping to do some yard work today - but it is really windy right now.

But - I did purchase a Billy Blanks Bootcamp Elite last night at Target - I might just slip him in and do one of his today....... or not - I don't know what mood I am in right now... LOL

Yesterday I got in 2 20 minute walks, and then I danced a lot at the dinner I went to, so I burned a bunch of calories I'm sure.

Today I'm getting ready to go for a walk around the complex.

Okay I made up my mind - I ended up doing to Billy Blanks Rock Solid Abs - that was about 30 minutes and felt GREAT!

I am thinking I am going to take tomorrow off - - - maybe...
