Okay guys I'm kinda anxious to start. I hope no one minds.

I am down 2 lbs this week to 187 lbs. I am real excited today. It's official, I'm calling it, scale actually said 186.8, but I always round up, so yeah:

I've now lost 100 pounds!!!

I still can't believe it. My 15 year old daughter, 5 ft. 1" weighs 99 lbs. So I have officially lost more then a whole persons worth. And today marks my 25 week anniversary of when I started my venture. A truly life-altering experience I must say. Okay. I'll stop. No more,

:cheer: Go Robin! Congratulations! You must be walking on the clouds today! Did you have a special 100lb reward planned for yourself? Not that being 100lb skinny is not a major reward within itself. :D

Wow -- what a great way to start a thread!! I'm down just one this week, but it would probably be a little more had I not goofed up yesterday.

Ladies, congratulations!! We are doing this! :carrot:

Last night while watching tv in bed, I saw a burger king commercial. I so bad wanted to eat a whopper jr, I could taste the onions and everything. I even said to myself, well maybe "tomorrow" well "tomorrow" is here today and I am 4 pounds down. I am so proud of myself thus far. Burger king? Ha! You can keep it!

Robin congrats on 100lbs.. and in just 25 weeks. Truly incredible!

I stayed the same this week. My calories were not terrible.. I averaged a little over 1900 per day. (when I first started it was higher - I guess I will have add in ... gulp... exercise!) I really need to watch my sodium.. it's off the chart.

Keep those great results coming in!

WOW!!! Great losses. Robin.....what can I say? There are just not enough words to describe how proud I am of you!! You are always so supportive of everyone here, what a wonderful accomplishment!! It won't be long now till you are at your goal. You are an amazing woman!!

Jelly - Woohooooo!!! Onederland - that is such a great place to be!! Congrtulations!!! I can't wait to get there too!!

Rhonda - great on the 2.2 - You are doing what you need to do!! Stick with it, we'll all get there!!!!

Dana - you know what you have to do too ~ it'll all come together and the losses will follow!

First of all thank you to each and every one of you. Thank you so very much. You gals have also had some pretty incredible losses. Jelly WELCOME to onderland.

No Girlygirl, I have nothing special planned, this day is really special enough to me, I can't begin to tell you. The only real special thing I feel I can do for myself is keep on plugging away. I am trying to do away with these thoughts that keep coming into my head like why the heck did I allow myself to get to 287 lbs, if I had ONLY gotten to 225 or so I would have been DONE. But they're there only brief thoughts. I AM really enjoying this today.

Dana I can not begin to tell you how vital exercise was/is to my weightloss. And believe me I haven't done anything major. I don't even belong to a gym. Please, I urge you to add some exercise. I break it into many segments throughout the day. Yes, I work at home as well, if I remember correctly you do as well. Simple, simple stuff is all that is necessary in the beginning. Walk in place, dance, anything - just move. It has made all the difference in the world for me.

I have lost 7 pounds this week!

Have no idea why, I have been losing kind of steady 2 pond but it jumped down this week. I checked it on 2 different scales just to make sure something was wrong with mine. I watched my sodium intake more this week so maybe it is water weight. Oh well no complaints here.

I "gained" since Thursday but I'm weighing in officially on Friday.. not hoping for much because I had a decent loss last week and I wasn't a good girl this weekend.

Wow, awesome losses. I just joined last week, but I lost a pound since then. Kind of pathetic, but at least it is a loss. I'm inspired by these successes and I'm looking forward to reporting a big loss next week!

Robin -- instead of thinking "if I had not gotten to 287 and stopped at 225, I'd be done." Think of it in a positive way -- If I hadn't stopped myself in September I would probably have reached 300 and I would not have even lost 100 yet!! You've done amazing and you will continue to do amazing, one day at a time.

I'm the same (241). Of course, it hasn't been a week since my last weigh in but I wanted to change to Monday. I haven't been working hard enough. I had a small binge and at out twice. All can really say is I'm glad I didn't gain & this week I plan to do better.

I also need to (gulp) start exercising.

Wooooohooo!!! All these losses are fabulous!! Keep it up!!

I have hit a plateau, I think. I'm down 1/2 lb this week, and I will take that. But, it seems that I did everything "right" this week, including exercise, and still only 1 lb. Of course, my thyroid doesn't make this any easier so I'm wondering if that has something to do with it. But...no excuses. On to more losses!

Wow! Very inspiring to read about all these losses! Way to go everyone!

I'm still sorting my life right now. I bought a new battery for my scale, but it isn't working. I think splashing kids in the tub shorted it out. So I need a new scale. I'm working on a doable menu for myself, adding in variety and a touch of excitment, lol. I should get my new scale this week, so I'll start weighing in either this week or next week. But I love hearing how all of you ladies are doing!

I am amazed at everyone's losses!! Way to go!!!

I have lost 4 pounds since last week, and I'm doing a booty shake over that, I've lost 6 pounds total in only 12 days (I haven't been doing this long), and that's just ducky for me! Any loss is a good loss! :D

This is my first post. I used to post here a long time ago and I lost a bunch of weight, but fell off the wagon and left this site. I can't remember my old username, so I'm starting fresh. I'll introduce myself in another thread so I don't clutter this one up.

Hello ladies!! I am weighing in a day early, since we won't be here tomorrow. I am thrilled to report another 3 pound loss!!!! My total is now down 31 pounds in 9 weeks ~ and it is TOM too, so again, that isn't affecting me at all. (although I "feel" bloated - so maybe it would've been a bigger loss if it wasn't TOM??) I really wasn't expecting it to be that good -although I have not strayed from my plan. (just thinking about it being a day early, and TOM and all) Sooo - I am really pshyched for my weekend now!!!:D

Yay, fantastic Mrs. Quadcrew. But I'm not surprised. You are really, really sticking to plan and a good one at that. Way to go!!! I also find as bloated and miserable as I am from TOM it has ZERO affect on my weight. Odd, I know for many it does.

I think I forgot to post my loss this week. I post in too many threads now, maybe! :lol:

I lost 2 pounds and am now "overweight" instead of "obese" and am 2 pounds away from Onederland. I've already celebrated this on several other threads, so excuse me for saying it again!

What a great week for us! I'm still freaking out about Robin's 100-pound loss -- so wonderful!! :)

My loss (over 2 weeks - no WZI last week since we were on a cruise!) is 2 pounds. That's 35 gone!

My scale is saying 220! yay!! It's the SAME as last week, but since I started exercising more I have been retaining 2-4 pounds of water.. now if only I can get my body to LOSE weight from exericse.. I am aching to hit 219, so hopefully next week!

I am so happy this week! Usually I only weigh in every 2 weeks (at my mother-in-law's) as I don't have a scale at home.
But, this week I was at her house and on a whim decided to step on the scale a week early. I'm also 4.5 pounds down for the second week in a row!
Only 1.5 pounds left until my March goal is reached and it is only the 3rd of March!
I'm finding it hard to believe as all I have done is stopped drinking all those sugary fruit juices, iced tea, and soda I used to drink all the time. Such a small change makes a big difference. :)
Hopefully the scale keeps moving down!
