I found this awhile ago because the "ranch dip" packets have MSG in them! :o
I adjusted it to my own tastes. Works great mixed with FF cream cheese on a bagel (Not P1), or as a dip for veggies. (Brocolli, tomato, carrot, and celery are all amazing with this)

Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix
½ c. Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
1 Tb Dried Parsley
1 Tsp Dried Dill Weed
1 Tsp Dried Onion Flakes
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper

1. Pour all ingredients into a small jar with a lid. Cover and shake!

Just thought it might make veggies go down easier!

Notes: The recipe makes a small jar of seasoning to use over time. You can make dressing by mixing 1 TB with 1 cup mayo and 1 cup skim milk. Otherwise you can use 1 TB like you would normally use one of those Hidden Valley Ranch Dip packets. (ie in a 12 oz Sour Cream container, or block of cream cheese.)

It's really mix to taste however, as I usually end up adding 2-3 TB per block of cream cheese.

I buy ranch dressing seasoning in bulk. It doesn't have msg, but the baking supply store I get it from, gets most of their seasonings from an amish family that grows many of their own herbs and such, and also buys in huge bulk and breaks the packages down for resale (broken down further by the baking supply store) and I STILL pay far less than anything comparabe in the grocery store.
