This one is so very basic, but still got my heart pumping today! Instructor is Gay Gaspar, very friendly and personable. I got a great solid 30 minutes of aerobics.

I've used Fat Burning for Dummies. I liked it too. Gaye Gaspar does seem very nice.

Eeek! I just realized it IS titled "Fat Burning" for dummies, not Aerobics. Glad you knew which one I was talking about, SusanB :D
Her cue-ing is so good, one can do the routine without even looking at the TV, all you need to do is listen. But I look at her 'cause she has such a nice trim yet muscled form.

OH ... I just assumed she'd made a bunch. Yes, she does have a nice shape. Maybe I should hunt that out just for a change up ... hmmm
