Just started phase I last Sunday. So far, so good, but I am craving sugar like crazy. Also trying to give up my fast-food addiction. Really hard.

:welcome: Fishbulb! Cravings are common during Phase I. HAve you checked out the revised food list (http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=49548) in our FAQ Section. Make sure you are eating legumes and getting the allowed dairy servings and the problem may be solved.

:welcome3: fishbulb! So glad to have you with us, and thrilled to see the FRAGGLES!!!!!! (I'm singing in my head...down in fraggle rock, BUM-BUM!)
It's really tough at first, but five days is the longest I've heard of anyone having to go before the cravings subside. If you have to go longer than that, check and make sure no sugar is sneaking into your diet, okay? :hug: And keep posting...we've all been there and can help you through the cravings! It actually was the strength of my cravings that made me sure I was doing the right thing...anything that made me feel that much withdrawal was obviously affecting my body strongly! :(
