None - was going to go to WW at lunch, but the boss sprung a "quick" 3 hour meeting on me at 11:00. Last 2 WI's have been Saturday AM, so had not eaten or drank anything (because I am fearing a gain anyway). So...Thought I might pass out at the meeting! Needless to say, I am now eating and will DEFINATELY have a gain. Dumb idea to wait so long to eat...
