I weigh 191, which is the same since Monday...up to 192 on Thursday...back down to 191 today! (I started CAD 2 weeks ago, and have been weighing almost daily.)
5 pounds lost since October 13th.:lol:

ONE POUND GONE!
I have now taken off 39 on the Atkins Plan since June 15. I am still waiting until I have a total of 40 before I put up my smilies!

Lodi (melody) Welcome. I am glad that you did come down and join us here. you are certainly welcome to join us on the daily buss ride. we do some chat but we do a lot of kick butt to. as we all have the same comon goal to get out of this fat suit and find the real thin us inside. we have a thread called low carb support here. i know you post up in the low carb forum, i do to but you are welcome to post in both places.
for me i managed to see 177.5 today it is .5 down from last week. with my off the wall cheats i can not complain it must be the exercise as i know it is not the food. but i am working back on it. i made about 100 meatballs for tomorow so i will have no excuse to cheat and i will be good! i have vegies and cheese and crakers for snack. so by the time next week comes around wi will see back down to 175 and lower!!!
I have lost...........1 lb. I stand now at 302. So near and yet so far! I am still bouncing up and down the scale. Any time now this body can settle down and get to serious work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a can of tuna plain
2 hamburger patties with one slice of swiss cheese on them
Hot wings for dinner.
5- pecans from our tree for snack
100 oz. sparkling water.
1 large cup coffee
2 cans tuna plain
1/2 hamburger patties with onions
100 oz. sparkling water
1 diet cream soda
1 large cup coffee
Now you know if I were in the 100's catagories of weight I might understand but no kidding this is all that I eat!!!!!!!!!! I have not cheated one single , solitary time!!!!!!!!!!

I've stayed the same...no loss but no gain.
Pam: Another pound gone!!! Before iI know it, you're going to pass me on this program. If I were you, I'd drop the pecans and add green veggies. You need some healthy carbs in your program. I think that this will help you to drop the weight better. 1 cup of greens turnip greens has very few carbs in it, and it's healthy for you. Even adding bacon won't hurt (for the greens). BUT...you need your green vegetables!!! You can even have a salad with vinegar and oil (remember that onions have carbs too). Hang in there, my friend. I'm battling too with this yo-yo. Mine is from having a tremendous loss of appetite, and I am having to force myself to remember to eat.
Sue: A half pound is great. I know that you can pull it together...you're smarter than the average girl. If I were you, I'd do 2 weeks on the Atkins induction to give myself a kick start. You did so much better when you were having MUCH less carbs. Hang in there, babe...I'm pulling for you. By the way, your crackers are major triggers for carb cravings.
Dana: You're the champ as usual...1 pound is good. Imagine what a 1 pound bag of sugar looks like. You're doing well my friend. By the way, I did like your limerick.
Pat: Another mile marker for you going from the 40's into the 30's...YAHOO!!! We don't look any different between 39 and 40, but what an attitude change that it makes. I know how delighted I was when I went from 200 to 199.
Melody: Welcome to our little group. If you're looking for support, you've truly come to the right place. You will find lots of strength and determination here. Just hang on for this ride to rid yourself of your "fat suit".
