Hey Jaime Lynn, its Jaime Lynn!!!! (yes, we have the EXACT same names-we are meant to be buddies; its Kismet! )
I am on SBWOL, Ph1.25, so here goes:

B: 2 veggie quiche cups, modified to include half the cheese (the other half is subbed with low fat ham), added mushrooms and broccoli
S: 2-3 ounces of chicken and some steamed broccoli
L: grilled chicken and an awesome salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
S: homeade hummus with a yellow pepper (my present favorite snack)
D: Hmmmmmmmm....I think tomorrow will be steak with all visible fat trimmed BEFORE cooking and a salad and grilled mushrooms.
S: low fat cheesestick

This is a BIG test for me: we went to the grocery store today and I said yes when my man asked if he could buy ice cream. I said yes???? WHAT??? He hasn't brought it into the house for over a month and I wanted to let him have it. So, good luck to me!

I am so saying NO! He actually just had some, so I had a teaspoon of natural PB while he had it.

BTW-I did not add my fruit in tomorrow bc I had a piece of ww toast today with B-Fast, and I had to stave off cravings all day. I succeeded, but I hated the feeling of wanting food without NEEDING food, you know? I will see how I feel tomorrow, and I may add half an apple to my cheesestick at night.
