I walked 2 miles, uphill, both ways! Kidding I walked outside in the warmer weather before the rain started. 2 miles, uphill, then down. Jogged a bit both ways too.

I finally got to exercise! I've been sick for ages, but today I did a 50-minute walk on the treadmill. Still not running, but I'll get there.

So, total for the day, I walked/jogged 2.2 miles, no idea on speed as I was outside, I should start timing myself. Just finished off a DVD "Yoga for the Rest of Us" which was 50 mins.

So - after being completely off-plan for 3 days - I managed to exercise today...

I did 45 minutes of my biggest loser two dvd, I did the warmup, functional flexability, strength bootcamp, mens cardio and the cool down. Which was great, really and after 3 days of doing nothing - can I tell you that I feel as if I had been run over by a tractor?!?!?

Tomorrow will be better I hope......

I did WATPs 2 mile video today. Then, I did a 10 minute ab workout - only mine was probably about 5 minutes, as I stared at the tv the other 5 minutes muttering to myself about the fact that those biatches are flexible!
