Exercise! - Yoga Booty Ballet VS. Winsor Pilates

Which is better? Yoga Booty Ballet VS. Winsor Pilates

I'm going to invest in one of these. But I'm not sure which one to try. I haven't exercised in YEARS! I have a weak back and was wondering if either of these were murder on your back?? I also have weak abs--which may be why my back is weak....

What are you thoughts on these two?? Thanks for your help guys!!!! :)

If your abs/back are weak, you're going to want to do pilates work. Pilates focuses on your core muscles, ab and back groups, which is what you need to strengthen. It *can* be hard on your back, but only if you push yourself too hard, too far, too fast. Take it slow and easy, and it should help get you to the point where you can do more vigorous-type exercises.
