I have been researching up and down this forum to find a place to fit in, and I'm hoping it's here!

I'm dieting and exercising, hopefully for the last time, and was feeling very uncomfortable on all these boards with all these women with all these babies and all these religious references... ah, but here I can breathe.

I'm wearing about a size 20 (I do not like to weigh myself) and want to get to a size 16 ASAP. So if anyone has some particularly effective prayers to inspire more exercise and drive away doubt, I'd be thrilled to read them. And simple, please... been awhile since I've practiced and obviously need to re-discover my roots as a witch.
