Breakfast - fruit smoothie: 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1 ripe medium banana, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, splash of milk, 1/2 cup ff yoghurt
Snack - cottage cheese, peach bits
Lunch - beef and barley soup, pear
Snack - sliced green pepper, shaved turkey breast
Dinner - spicy peanut chicken, brown rice, cabbage
Water - 2 liters+
Exercise - REST DAY TODAY! :carrot:

B: 1c cottage cheese + 10 grapes + 1T flaxseed (ground) + 1T almonds + 1T wheat germ, 24 oz coffee w/cream
S: 1 scone (460 calories! WTH?)
L: 1c lentil soup + 3/4c raw mixed vegetables + 1c cooked carrots + 1c cantaloupe chunks
S: 1 banana + 1T fruit dip
D: 1c sauteed bok choy + 1 pc w-w bread + 2T shredded cheese + 2 glasses of red wine

B: Raisin English Muffin, 1c Cereal (don't know yet), 1c fat free milk, americano w/ hh
L: Mixed salad, tuna on ww pita w/ 2 tbsp tzatziki, lettuce, red onion
S: Yogurt w/ 1c Kashi Go Lean
D: I don't know yet, either a gyro or a chicken curry wrap from the union

B: 1/4 c. egg whites, mozza cheese, 2 slices chicken bacon, 6 oz. V8
S: disgusting healthy bean concoction that needs to be eaten
L: chef's salad w/ FF ham, cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, LF cheddar, 2T LF, SF salad dressing
D: meatball casserole (YUMMY!), sauteed mushrooms, bean & carrot medley
S: ricotta creme

B~1 c steel cut oatmeal + 1/4 c raisins
L~turkey & ham sandwich on ww bread, 1.5 c cut up veggies (snow peas, carrots, celery)
S~?? not too hungry, but if needed, I'll have an apple
D~homemade turkey vegetable soup
