Weight Watchers - How do u calculate activity pts?

I have never gone to an actual WW meeting and am doing at it home. I just wanted to know how to calculate the activity points and how they are tied in. I am completely clueless about this. Any info would be very helpful!

Well without a Activity Points Booster/Calculator you really can't. While some people use a general 100 calories burned for 1 AP that isn't entirely or always giving correct info.
