1 Vanilla La Drink Mix
8 oz diet coke

mix or blend
freeze, drink, or chill

1 Vanilla LA Drink Mix
12 oz diet orange soda

*CITRUS COOLER*

1/2 cup grapefruit 100% juice not from concentrate
1/2 cup orange juice 100% juice not from concentrate
1 to 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 cup diet ginger ale, chilled
8 ice cubes
Lime and orange slices, optional

In a bowl, combine the grapefruit juice, orange juice, lime juice and ginger
ale. Place ice cubes in two glasses. Pour citrus mixture into glasses. Garnish
with lime and orange slices if desired.

Makes 2 servings

exchanges per serving: 1 fruit

Nutritional Analysis: One 1-cup serving (prepared with sugar-free ginger ale) equals 52 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 16 mg sodium, 12 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 1 g protein.

*BANANA CHAI SMOOTHIE*

1 banana (cut up)
8 iced chai tea cubes (reg or decaf)
1/2 c. lowfat vanilla soymilk
1 T honey
1/8 t. cinnamon
Blend until ice is crushed to a smoothie consistency.

Serves 2.

**LORI'S BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE**

4 oz Knudsen's Morning Blend Juice
8 oz FF Yogurt ( I use Strawberry)
a handful of ice

Throw it all in the blender and mix. It's delicious.
Mix it up by trying different yogurt flavors, and it's very filling.

1 Dairy, 1 Fruit (check the portions on your plan)

**ROOT BEER FLOAT*

Ingredients:
12 oz. can diet root beer
1/2 cup vanilla SF and/or FF ice cream
dash cinnamon (optional)

Pour root beer into chilled glass, add ice cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
