first i want to say a good number of us on both sides struggled..but its ok! its all a part of our life long journey and we can pull through we just have keepp at it!

im happy to say that the totals were alot clkoser to each other this week

flex team lost 21.1 lbs!

core team lost 15 lbs!

this weeks biggest losers are.....merma and melissa5920 w a combined loss of 7.8! awesome job you two!!!!!
