Walked 4.5 miles, no jogs, streets were wet and flooded here. Did it in 102:21:)

Did 35 minutes of intervals on the exercise bike, 180 abs, walked 2.5 miles. Tennis this afternoon after work.

Hi all:

Just checking in. Not really on sugar busters, but try to kick my serious sugar habit. I'd say up to two days ago, half my caloric intake came from refined sugar. Ouch.

Today is day three, and although I'm not regulating what I eat at all besides cutting out most refind sugar, i feel and look so much better. Its amazing.

Had my best 4.5 mile walk/jog time ever! 48:31, beat my previous time by 28 minutes-that's with 94% humidity!!!:spin:

Just a slow 3.5 mile walk-better than nothing!

Did 35 minutes of intervals on the exercise bike, 180 abs, ran 1 mile for Cleo, then walked 2.5 miles. Finished with 30 minutes of hacking back the gardens- that seemed the most strenuous with all that bending!

Ran another 2 miles and walked 1 during soccer practice. Fast. Pant, pant.

Lazy (tired) day! Did 180 abs, some calf raises and a 1/2 mile walk for the dog's benefit.

Good workout day! Did 35 minutes of intervals on stationary bike, ran 1 mile, walked 2.5. Got in 50 minute heavy lifting session after work. Whew! feel the burn!

Did 60 minutes on stationary bike, 180 abs and 1 mile walk with Cleo.

BEST WALK/JOG TIME EVER! Did my 4.5 miles in 47:27, 1 min, 4 seconds better than my previous best time:D


TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 26 miles:spin:

Beatiful COLD day! Walked 3 miles, ran 1. Did 50 minute heavy weight workout and 180 abs.

18 miles of actual road work this week.
