Exercise! - Any Jammers?View Full Version : Any Jammers? nybor7 02-01-2007, 11:03 PM Anyone doing Turbojam? How do you like it? It seems addictive, in a good way!! Robyn Cheryl14 02-02-2007, 03:08 AM Hi Robyn! LOVE IT! I have been doing it along with several other DVDs and love the way that I have so much more energy because of the workouts. Are you jammin yet?!!! Cheryl cemetarysiren25 02-02-2007, 05:58 PM It IS addictive!! I just started doing it a few weeks ago and I have never loved a workout as much as I do this one!! nybor7 02-06-2007, 04:47 AM I'm recovering from major surgery and will start as soon I am cleared by my surgeon. I have the combo DVD's from QVC and a friend loaned me abjam a while ago. The moves are unique with the tuck. I can't wait to get started. A Florida friend and I are going to Jam together, sort of a mini challenge. Did you join the website? Robyn Tinky009 02-09-2007, 09:44 PM I'm doing Turbo Jam! I love it!!! It's alot of fun, and it just goes by so quick, I usually do 2 work outs in one session! It really gives you a great workout! yaki 02-10-2007, 01:24 AM Turbo Jam's awesome!! I love doing it. I lost five lbs off of it and have been keeping it off too... cuz i eat a lot of junk food. =) Good luck. kitteeglitter 02-10-2007, 10:24 PM YES--love it! This is the first exercise I have ever done that I don't DREAD. I think I might even like it soon! It seems kind of hard at first--remembering the tuck and all--but it starts getting better the more you do it! Does anyone have any information about when to do the tuck? I mean, I am somewhat confused about when I should be doing it and when not. I have looked around a little, even on the "beach" site where TJ is sold, but have not found much useful info. Other than the confusion about the tuck thing, TJ is FABULOUS! [/FONT] nybor7 02-11-2007, 10:59 PM I think that any time you are standing up, you should be "tucked". That's how it looks on the dvd anyway. I have my Drs appt. Tuesday so I am waiting on his greenlight!! I've been watching the dvds and mimmicking the tuck -- which hurts a little. I can't wait! Robyn kitteeglitter 02-12-2007, 08:02 PM I *try* to remember to keep the tuck going, but it seems to be counterproductive in some of the moves! In some, it makes sense, like the punches. But, in others, like the kicks, it's WAY hard to maintain! I'll keep checking on beachbody, and maybe we can get some answers! vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
