Ooh, can I play? I'm just starting out, so don't laugh at my goal!!

Also, I'm not going to count my (usually) daily walk to and from work (30 minutes total) as often it's leisurely and just a part of my day.

February goal: 450 minutes

Here's my new goal....I've gotta get started exercising again!

GOOD LORD...no wonder I gained weight this week!!!
