Apparently I am also doing a bit of flex this week, Melissa. I need to get some more control on myself.

B) 2 bites of a scrambled egg and 2 bites of tuna salad, skim milk
L) coleslaw with FF dressing and shrimp, two rolls with ranch dressing
D) pork tenderloin, broccoli with cheese sauce

Lots and lots and lots of water, too.

1 slice rye toast w/eggplant salad
1 red delicious apple

Snack: fresh juicy strawberries

Dinner: cornmeal coated tilapia, olive oil, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli
