So I was thinking about getting into the walk away the pounds videos considering the great reviews I read on this site, but I have two or three questions about them.

1. What is the different between WATP and WATP for abs? I see both of the different miles has the same name so I can't tell if they are different or what is different about them.

2. What equipment do I need? yoga mat? exercise ball? weights?

3. and what other tapes do you do along with these tapes? because I was also interested in doing some like pilates but not sure if I should or which ones...and if you can suggest one for me, can you also tell me what stuff you need for that? I'm planning on going out and buying a ball, mat, and some resistance bands. anything else?

thanks everyone and YOU ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL!

WATP For Abs is a different series. It uses a belt that you wear around your waist, and the belt has handles on it for your arms. Personally, I tried it, and didn't like it-or think it was that effective.

The regular WATP series where you use light weights/weighted balls is much better. Your abdominals do get a bit of work in these videos-because they assist you during the entire workout.

I've never really heard anything good about the WATP for abs. Everyone I know that's done it says the belt is a pain and that it doesn't really do anything for your abs.

I use the regular WATP system. Leslie and her crew use 2 pound weighted balls during portions of the workouts to amp up the intensity. They are optional, and you honestly get a great workout even without them.

I have some 3 pound weighted balls that I use occassionally with the system.

As for other things you could include, I just use my big exercise balls and stretch and do some basic weight training.
