Hi~
My name is Tracy. I have been following Weight Watchers for almost 6 months now! I absolutly love this program. I haven't been able to atend meetings though because of money right now. I actually and doing the program with my sister Amanda and we do weekly weigh-ins at each other's houses! I have lost 30lbs in the past 6 months but have gained back about 3 lbs. I am going to do an offical weigh-in tomorrow morning...

anyway for about 3 weeks I haven't been tracking my points. I have been eating pretty much whatever I felt like. I have not been doing well, I have not been feeling well either. My sister and I were hunting around for a why to remotivate and recommit to our weight loss efforts! We purchase new diet journals with lots of places to record points and other info on what we eat...also exersice etc... It is call the I will lose weight this time! Diet Journal... I love that name! Anyway it has enough space to record 6 months worth of jood journals.

Our first goal is to record Everything we eat and then also record the food and points online as well. I have created this thread to keep my sister and I honest but please feel free to join in or comment or whatever!

We definatley need encoragement~

So I need to start saying my mantra when I feel like eating something that is not a good choice.... I am sexy let's keep it that way!

Tomorrow is the first day we will be posting what we have eaten/points etc... See ya all then!

Way to go Tracy. Congratulations. 27 pounds is 108 sticks of butter. As 4 sticks of butter weighs a pound. The 27 pound loss is almost 3 -10 pound bags of potatoes. Are you doing the flex or the core plan? I am not sure if you saw or not, there is a forum for people doing ww at home.

Fantastic Tracy, on your weight loss! You should be very proud of yourself, and it definitely helps to have someone doing it with you!

There are plenty of different forums here, feel free to jump in and introduce yourself in any of them.

I'm from MI as well, us Michiganders need to stick together! :)

Just wanted to say: Damn Tracy, I know we were talking about starting a thread to post our daily food intake & points early this morning. But I didn't think you would make the thread today!!! You are definitely serious about getting back on track again!!

I know that We Can Do It this time!!! :carrot:

I will weigh myself tomorrow morning and change my signature thing to my current weight. I am not looking forward to moving it up in pounds, I hope that I haven't gained too much weight in the last three weeks :(

But I'm back on track and Tomorrow is a new Day!!! My goal for this week is to right down EVERYTHING that I eat and to post it here in this thread.

We can do this Tracy!!!

Well I weighted myself this morning and I now weight 232.... :(

So I've gained 6lbs in the last 4 weeks since slacking off from weight watchers....

Well I just have to look at the postive side...at least I am still down 20lbs from when I first started Weight watchers :carrot:

And a Big Postive is that I am back on Track!!! I Can Do It!! :cheer2:

Hello Everyone!!

Well I made it thru my first day back on track. I wrote everything that I ate down in my journal and counted my all my points today, so I'm proud of myself even if I didn't eat super healthy. :carrot:

So I am allowed to use 28 daily points, and an addition 35 flex points however I choose to use during the week...

Okay here is what I ate today:

9:15am-- 8oz frozen dinner, Broccoli & alfrado sauce with noodles--7pts
9:30am-- garden veggie mix 1 cup--1pt
11:45am--another 8oz frozen dinner, Rigatoni broccoli & chicken--5pts
2:30pm-- 1 cup mashed red potatoes with fat free butter like spray--4pts

(I ended up going grocery shopping today because I had nothing to eat except for a few more frozen dinners.)

5:00pm-- rice crispy marshmallow treat--2pts
5:20pm--1/2 of a peanut butter crunch bar--2pts
5:25pm-- Campbell’s Healthy Low fat/low sodium, chunky soup--4pts
6:30pm-- 1 serve Pringles--4pts
6:50pm-- 1 mini 3 musketeer bar--2pts

Total points today: 28 daily points and 3 flex points

I might also have some fat free no butter popcorn (1pt) for a snack later tonight...so there goes another flex point...

Well tomorrow I definitely won't be wasting a bunch of points on frozen meals now that I went grocery shopping...

Can't wait to see what you ate today Tracy!!

I am so sorry I didn't post last night Amanda! I did record all my points!!! :carrot: :carrot: YIKES!

Here is what I ate on Monday!

2 slices WW light bread (Toast) 1 pt
2 slices WW bread/3slices turkey/mustard 3 pts
1 Almond bar 3 pts
Jamaician Jerk Pita 5 points
White Chicken Chili 5pt
Salad 7 pts
2 slices ww bread/3 slices turkey/1 slice cheese 5 pts
1 string cheese 2 pts
53.8 oz of water
diet coke o pts
Ice Tea o pts
Total 31 pts so Five flex points gone on Monday!

Here is what I ate today!
2 Poptarts 9 pts (I forgot to eat breakfast and this is what they had in the vending machine) :devil:
1 bag popcorn 4 pts
1 small bag of chocolate chex mix 5 pts
cheese popcorn 2 pts
chicken noodle soup 4 pts
1 string cheese 2 pts
2 pieces ww bread/3 slices turkey/1 slice cheese 5pts
1 small container applesauce 1 pt

32 points for day 2! I used 6 flex points today too!!!! =)

I am sooooo sorry that I didn't post yesterday..... Please forgive me.... :hug:

Well yesterday, I ended up writing down or counting points :(

I was gone at school all day without my journal, and when I got home and saw that you still hadn't posted anything, I got annoyed and was like fine I just won't write down what I ate today....

But I'll try to remember from Memory....

6am--oatmeal 3pts
6am-- 2 slices WW bread 1pt
9am-- marshmellow crispy treat 2pt
10:30am-- peanut butter granola bar 4pt
11:30am--1 serv wheat thins 3pts
1:30pm-- frozen dinner 6pts
4:00pm--Pringles 4pts
4:30pm--bagel chips 3pts
5:30pm--Soup 4pts
6:45pm--3 mini muskteer bars 5pts
8:00pm--popcorn 1pt
9:30pm--marshmellow crispy treat 2pts

Total 38 points...so 10 flex points for the day

I couldn't stop snacking all day...I felt really hungry:(

Oh I'm sooo sorry I forgot to post last night!! I got home from your place and ended up watching tv all night and fell asleep with out even thinking about posting what I ate...But at least I saw you yesterday and you saw my journal...so you kinda know what I ate

yeah I like how I have been writing down the times of when I eat. I'm hoping maybe I will see a pattern or something?? And maybe find a time in the day when I really over eat??

Okay well here is what I ate yesterday

Total for the day 33 points. So I used 5 flex points yesterday!!

Where are youoooo??? Remember Our goal for the week was to post what we ate every day!! I'll be calling you on the phone tomorrow to see what's going on with you...

Well as for me I have'nt been feeling very motivated? I just don't know why?

I talked to aaron tonight and he was drunk and telling me how he got some girls number at the bar during a super bowl party. And it made me think damn he's going to get another girl before I find another boyfriend...and it made me think a little more about how I really want to lose all the weight I have gained. So I can go out and find another man...

But anyway after getting off the phone with as*hole, I feel much more motivated to lose weight!! Tomorrow I am going to go to kmart and buy that damn eliptical machine I have been talking about getting! And I will lose this damn extra weight! No more candy for me! That is my goal for next week I will not buy a single piece of candy! which will be very hard! But I can do it, I know I can...
