Love 'em, cooked with ham or bacon, and a piece of corn bread and potato salad on the side..... No longer such a healthy food once I add all those sides though and the pork.
Spinach and greens are two entirely different things for me. I love spinach. But I can't stand greens. Collard greens, turnip greens, kale, that sort of thing. I just can't eat them. A totally different taste from spinach, in my opinion.
