Does anyone know any effective inner/outer thigh exercises? This is by far my biggest problem area. If I do lower body exercises they seem to just make my butt smaller, not my thighs. My butt is actually one part of my body that I actually don't mind being a little bigger ;) I've heard of plenty of inner/outer thigh exercises but I was wondering if there were any that people knew were effective through personal experience.
