This might sound scary to you. I promise you I'm no stalker. I just logged on, I see a post from you on the main menu, something about being normal, anyway you were the last post, I click on it, and read what you wrote and then I'm like is that a 209 instead of a 210 on Cheryl's stats? So yeah, I already knew. Anyway:

It moved, the scale moved. You did it!!! It can only go down further from here on in!!! Really, the best news I've heard in a while!

Hurray - it's so great when you see that movement after waiting for so long. What did you do to get things moving again?

Thanks SOOOO much all of you who took the time to respond to my sweet little lost pound! :) What a GREAT support system we have here!:val1:

I've been watching calories, drinking more water, eating more fiber and have increased my exercise, BUT I did NOT lose a pound! The change coincided with me changing my tactics to eat a bowl of shredded wheat before I went to bed because I was H-U-N-G-R-Y....REALLY H-U-N-G-R-Y. I'm guessing that maybe, just maybe I had been putting myself in starvation mode by NOT eating anything after 7PM. Who knows? :?: I figured that I had done everything that I could think of other than that, and my body kept stubbornly holding onto the weight, so I had nothing to lose by trying it!

Thanks SOOO much everyone!

You must be so proud of yourself. It is amazing what a pound can mean in terms of hard work and perseverence!!!!!!!:carrot: :carrot: :carrot: :carrot:

Hi Casey!

When you consider that each pound we lose represents 3500 calories that we burned or didn't eat...well, THAT is an awesome thing!

01-26-2007, 11:22 AM
I had nothing to lose by trying it!

Well, ummm, Cheryl, you kinda DID have something to lose, no? And you DID!!! You lost a pound!!!!! Let's just hope some of the pounds little cousins follow him so you'll lose some more pounds. I'm glad you changed things up a bit and did what needed to be done. I hope you have continued success. No make that, I KNOW you will have continued success!!!

Hi Robin!

I just noticed that you are just TWO LITTLE POUNDS AWAY from ONEderland!
Woo! Hoo!

Go, Girl!

Hi Cheryl!

And you're just 10 lbs. away, that's 10, not 11. Now that you've solved your mystery you'll be there in no time at all!

01-26-2007, 11:51 AM
WOW, that's beautiful! 8 months of perserverance! You rock!

And it looks like several of us will be hitting Onederland fairly soon, if all goes well. We need to have a Onederland party!!!
