Good day! Thank you again for submitting your recipe. Below you will find our LA Chef modifications:

Recipe Name: Speedy Stroganoff

Ingredients:

1 large onion, coarsely chopped
1 or 1 1/2 lb. lean boneless pork tenderloin, size according to plan
4 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. Morton Lite Salt®
1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 green onions, sliced

Preparation:
1. Coat a large fry pan with cooking spray and heat over med heat. Add white onion and sauté often until softened. Slice pork in half lengthwise and place cut side down on board and flatten slightly with hand. Cut each half lengthwise into 5-6 inch long pieces. Slice crosswise to form bite size pieces.

2. Remove onion to large plate

3. Coat skillet with cooking spray and add pork and sauté often until gold tinged 5-6 minutes. Remove to plate with onions. Coat skillet again with cooking spray and increase heat to med high

4. Add mushrooms and sprinkle with Morton Lite Salt®. Stir often until cooked thoroughly, about 3-4 minutes.

5. Meanwhile stir sour cream with Dijon and Worcestershire. Once mushroom are cooked reduce heat to medium. Return onions and pork to pan and add sour cream mixture.

6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions.

Great over cooked rice or egg noodles, size according to plan
