Hi !! I'll join in on here.. didn't think there wre others as insane as me that keeps up with their water intake. lol I've had 72oz. so far. And know i will drink yet another 32 oz.. so that puts it up to 104oz. for the day!! YAY !!

I am sure drinking after my work out.... i sipped through out the day but i have kicked started my water drinking
