Menu for Monday, 1/22/07
I hope you don't mind me starting this. I'm used to posting my menu because it helps me keep on track. PLUS ... if anyone else posts theirs, I can usually get new ideas for foods.
1) LF cottage cheese, pineapple chunks
2) whole wheat pita with turkey, swiss cheese, tomato slices and light ranch
3) whole wheat bread with FF bologna and FF Miracle Whip; skim milk
4) apple slices and light string cheese
5) Gorton's fish filet, broccoli with cheese, and small baked potato with FF cheese and FF sour cream
At least four 16.9 oz. bottles of water, 1 cup of green tea, and 1 sq. of Dove dark chocolate at bedtime.
The total for the day is 1117 calories with 27g fat, 140g carb, 82g protein
