Chocolate Dipped Fruit Kabobs (LAWL)
CHOCOLATE DIPPED FRUIT KABOBS
Service Size: 2-3 Kabobs
Counts as: 1 Fruit, 1 Lite
Ingredients:
1 envelope LA lite Chocolate Shake Mix
6 oz cold water
6 small strawberries
1/4 cup pineapple
1. Combine pudding mix with cold water, stir well until smooth, yet thin, and set aside.
2. Thread strawberries and pineapple onto 2-3 skewers
3. Place on waxed paper
4. Cover with pudding mixture
5. Place in freezer until set.
