Did 4.5 miles in 51:10 and 12 sit ups:D
Did 30 minutes of interval programs on exercise bike- up to level 6!!! 180 abs, then 3 mile walk and talk. Then played 2 hours tennis after work.

Walked 4.5 miles :D
Walked fast 3.5 miles, no runs or jogs due to knees. Today was heavy lifting day- have added weight and new exercises. 180 abs, 10 minutes on bike to cool down.

:nono: I know I'm being bad but my workout partner is sick with the cold for 2 weeks now :( she does the driving so we are both at home. But today I got the dust off my total trainer and workout on it for about 15-20mins and I fell muscles that I didn't know I had;) I think I try and do that more often:D I'll get back to the gym on Monday I promise:o
Did 35 minutes of hard intervals on stationary bike (boy I hate those programs!), 180 abs, then 1 mile run and 2.5 mile walk and talk.

Wednesday
Did a hilly mile of walking today!:D This is a plus for me! I use to do 30 min everyday on my treadmill and hurt my back and just haven't gotten back into the swing! Will try to get my buns up and moving again!
did 32 minutes of programs on the exercise bike, 180 abs. Then 3 mile walk. Off to 2 hours of tennis after work. Bye!
Did 40 minutes of heavy weights, 1 mile run, and 2.5 mile fast walk.

I never walk on Saturdays, but never I guess isn't the right word, since I missed Thursday & Friday, I figured I better get my butt out there today, didn't want to miss 3 days in a row. Sooo, before garage sales, I suited up and got my 4.5 miles in with 17 jogs in 49:49 :spin:

Got out after it stopped raining and did my 4.5 miles in 51:11:D

Another gorgeous day here- Sorry for the rain, Deb. Got in a fast 3 miles w/ Cleo the wonder poodle, then MOWED the lawn (UGH!), my least favorite form of exercise but got real sweaty, then did a heavy 50 minute lifting session.
Only 17.5 miles of actual road work, but I don't count up the exercise bike miles or the tons of metal lifted. Now that would be interesting...
