Hello!

I am seeking some buddies that is using pedometers to get healthy and keep track with steps daily. I have been using this week, started on Saturday(1/12) and am siked on my walking/dancing indoors/outdoors that my steps are building up...It's keep me motivated!!

For anyone who wants join me can PM me and let's keep a daily steps to our healthy minds alive!!

I got a pedometer last week also. Getting to be hard on my knees though walking sooo much. If you'd like to be a buddy let me know. Good luck!

Friday...1-12-07....2766 steps= 1 mile, 3 blocks

Saturday..1-13-07...2101 steps=1 mile

Sunday...1-14-07...4144 steps= 2 miles!!

I have joint pains ,but am taking tylenol to ease my joints.
