Hey Everyone,
I seem to be hitting a plateau and the scale does't seem to be moving. I started intensifying my workouts yesterday to try to help get past it. Can anyone offer any advice on this. The scale really needs to move.
I have one other question. I am finding that on my periods I have a real hard time sticking to my plan and find that I am constantly hungry. Does anyone else have this problem and how do you handle it?
Hi Kayla! Are you PMSing? That could do it. I have a harder time staying out of the snacks when I'm PMSing, moreso then when AF is actually here. I'd say make sure you've got lots of healthy snacks around so when you go looking for something, it's all good.
Unfortunately for me it starts right before and continues on through, and for some reason this month has been worse for it all the way around with the cramping and bloating and wanting to eat everything in sight. Even when I fill up with a good meal I still want more later. Drives me nuts because when it's not here I do fine.
Honestly, being a woman just sucks sometimes! I thought about it and I do have a hard time the whole way through. I'm very "snacky", like i don't really eat meals, just munch through the day. I guess we just have to try and be strong.
During this time of the month I drink a lot of hot tea that might fill you up a bit. I use to drink herbal tea there are spicy teas I love a lot and I never use sugar in my tea so maybe you should try this
I cannot say something helpful about this plateau-thingy because it seems I am on a plateau for myself right now
