Plan ahead right?

Breakfast: oatmeal w/sliced banana, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: LO steak, sweet potato, broccoli
1 apple

Snack: fruit salad, yogurt

Dinner: tbd (something w/lean ground beef probably)??

Frouf - I'm impressed with your planning!!

BF - grapenuts, milk, banana
lunch - chicken barley & sweet potatoe soup, yogurt
snack - apple
dinner?? No idea, something core.

s: ff cottage cheese w/fruit
d: scrambled eggs, something else, milk

popcorn during date night :)

Except it's almost lunchtime and I absolutely can't stomach the idea of the steak/potato/veggie lunch - this is the 2nd time this has happened! It just doesn't feel like it will go down? I might have to go downstairs and pick up a fresh salad or something else to eat???
