Default questions for fit day users, i am puter
challenged.
i entered my breakfast which was cereal 3/4c.....it listed one cup...how do i change the amount? it doesn't seem to want to let me....?

Just put in .75 for serving size. That's equivalent to 3/4.

Tracy, You can also click on the little arrow on the right side of the cup section and turn it into ounces/grams, etc. I measure everything with a digital scale, then use the ounces on the Fitday program.
