Anyway, I hovered at 185 or so back then. And then got PG with #3. Fast forward to late 2005, building a house and living with my MIL. Let's just say the weight was back and I know why.
So I am starting over. Doing what I know works.
I will update my signature tonight or tomorrow. Today is day 6 of Phase 1 and I am down 8.5 pounds with no cheating. My first minigoal is to get down to 199. I hope to be back to 185ish by mid-April. Its an average of 2.6 per week with the phase 1 big loss at the front end. So we will see...
