South Beach Diet - Fast Question...about Bean Tacos

Going to the store within an hour...:^:

Direction say..Spread refried beans on the bottom. Season with salt and pepper and bake..

Do you add all the other things to the beans or mix the meat, ect together and put on top of the beans? :?:

You bake the beans first.

Then, while those are baking, you brown the meat with everything else. Then you pour the meat mixture on top and bake. This is SO yummy! We eat it a lot!!

oh kim thank you...what size can of beans?

I use a 19 oz can of fat-free refried beans. In a pinch you can use just kidney beans but will need to mash them with a bit of their liquid.

I'm not sure on the oz, but it's the "regular" size can..not a huge one. I think they're usually 10-12 oz.
