I think I'll join in on this thread. Here's my plan for tomorrow. Er...today, LOL.
B - Fiber One, 1 banana
L - 1/2 ham sandwich on whole wheat, 1/2 slice muenster cheese, lettuce, mustard, Veggie Chips
S - Marathon Energy Bar
D - Whatever mom makes. I'll be sure to eat healthy and watch portions.
Water - 4 cups
WO - 20 minutes Winsor Pilates, 1 hour walk/jog at the YMCA
