I second both of these as well. :) Along with the sf popsicles and sf jello.

I love bananas, strawberries, and celery (with peanut butter.)

Laughing Cow cheese and Triscuits have been my snack of the month!

I also like frozen bananas, peaches, and strawberries. Another favorite is canned peaches or pears (in lite syrup) mixed with unsweetened applesauce. Sounds weird and looks strange, but don't knock it until you try it!! Yum!!

I also like a lot of the 100 Cal. packs. Ritz chips are my favorite!

I don't really "snack" per se--I eat a bunch of mini meals. Some of my favorites are:

peanut butter and jelly! (sodium-free natural peanut butter and no-sugar-added jelly on whole-grain bread)
fat-free fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt (I like the fruit on the bottom because I like to mix just a little fruit in with most of the yogurt, then eat most of the fruit at the bottom with just a little yogurt mixed in)
fruit and protein powder smoothies
chicken breast with salsa and cheddar cheese
whole-wheat pita with hummus and sliced turkey and/or cheese
all-natural roasted red pepper and tomato soup with croutons
packet of reduced-sugar instant oatmeal

I am a salty eater. I live on low sodium Triscuits & light laughing cow garlic herb cheese. That one is my favorite.

I also like veggies, wish I had more time/money to fix them up to bring here.

lowfat string cheese
handful of raisins
small can of low sodium V8
nature valley cinnamon granola bar
mott's no sugar added blueberry applesauce
decaf sugar free iced tea (just a cup is a nice treat)

My snacks are normally fruit - apples or bananas. Sometimes I'll have a little cheese or peanut butter with my apples, but not often.

If I'm in a sweet mood, I'll get a medium apple and slice it. Then I get a small amount or oats (I put in 1/8 cup in fitday to get calorie counts) with some splenda and cinnamon and sprinkle on top and cook in the microwave for a minute or so. Smells just like apple pie and tastes pretty good. It has around 120 calories.

Love the Laughing Cow Lite Swiss and Natural Peanut butter on celery(not at the same time, of course!)..yum yum. Also, love a nice smoothie made from silken tofu, lowfat, low-sugar soy milk and lowfat yogurt...with a little sugar free flavored jello mix for various flavors. My daughters love this one too, so I have to make enough for all of us. They don't know how healthy it is! ;)

Red peppers! I can't eat enough of them!

I feel really stupid. What's a kirby? I'm sitting here thinking of ways to slice a vacuum! :?:
