Here we again! Food packed up for tomorrow:
Breakfast: fresh fruit salad, lf yogurt, decaf w/light cream
Lunch: LO: 2 cola chicken thighs, brown basmati rice, green peas
Snack: 1 banana, tea, cheese (if hungry)

L: out with a friend/colleague but I think I can contain myself to just a salad
D: Please tell me that red beans and ham are Core; I want it soooo badly.
Snacks: apples, yogurt

l: LO ww linguini with meat sauce, milk
d: mixed beans and turkey ham soup, multi-grain roll (points), milk

l: baked italian chicken; rice and veggie medley (not core but just a few pts); unsweetened tea
s: clementine, grapefruit, and banana as needed :)
d: probably more baked italian chicken with roasted potatoes, salad, and carrots
s: clementine, popcorn or maybe some cereal
