Default Do you do activity points ??

Do you do activity points?? Walking is considered as this too right? I know this afternoon, me and my Dh are going to walk a track and I just wanted to know if and how I am suppose to do this with my points ?? I really don't want to claim them, but not sure if I have to or not ?? And if I do have to, how on earth do I do it and work into my normal 28 points a day ??

Do you do online or go to meetings?

You us your points booster from meetings or the points calculator or database and add them to your day. ON the day you earn them you can use them so they get used before your flex points.

Question

I guess it all depends on how helpful one finds it. Some folks find it an incentive to get off their behinds and move around, which is good.

I don't track activity points because some activities, I don't know where to class them. In my mind it makes me think of "go ahead, eat this, you earned it, you got three activity points today."
