I was wondering if anyone knows how I can find out the fat/calories in Thai food, specifically Pad Thai and Nimchow (sp?). I tried various online searches but have not had any luck.
Thanks in advance!

That may be tough. Are you eating it in a restaurant, or do you make it?

This would be based on most restaurants. I hate cooking..........LOL. I even called a local restaurant and they said they were not sure. I know that they use zero oil in their peanut sauce that is used to dip the nimchow.

calorieking.com has a bunch of listings for pad thai. You might want to check there.

Thank you so much. I will check it that site out now.
There is typically a LOT of fat and calories in Asian food. Not all dishes, but most. A whole serving of pad thai has almost 1000 calories.
