Well, back on the wagon and on it for good!!
I'm planning on doing red again, this time without the lites. I find that they trigger me to want sweets. Sweets are my downfall. I know that if I do drop the lites, I'm suppose to up something. CAn anyone help me out?
Also, I tend to sometimes go over my veggies a little. Do you think this can hinder my weight loss at all?
