Hello out there all you weighers!
Here is our January weigh-in thread.

Several have decided to set a goal weight loss for January. I would like to see 10 pounds gone by the end of the month.

My goal is to lose 8 more pounds so I'll hit 20 pounds lost. Still have a way to go after that though.

Hi gals!! I would like to break the 30 lb. mark...but overall would love to be in ONEDERLAND!!!

I officially got back OP on Tuesday, I weighed in last night and was down 0.6....can't complain!!

I didn't weigh this week because of being sick (still feeling pewny). I've been drinking a lot of water but have been taking the decongestants and that seems to counteract all my good work. Oh well, there's always next week.

Weighed in yesterday. Lost 3 lbs for the week. Hit my 10% goal! Yeah! About halfway to where I need to be. I want to get off ten more this month.

Hey Y'all!

Have been away for a while. Not a good girl at all. Have been going to meetings, but not staying OP very well. As a result, I am up 6.8lbs since before the holidays.(Can they take away my 10% award? :( ) Sooo, I would like to lose 8lbs this month. That should get me back on track. (I hope)

hello ladies! sorry i haven't been posting, after the holiday and vacations, and catching up with work, i haven't gotten a chance to read the boards. i weighed last thursday and i am down 1 lb! woohoo! i was OP and exercising throughout christmas and new year and i am ready for 2007. i would love to be at 130 by feb 9th (my birthday!)

I WI on Sat.with a 2 lb loss. I'm leaving on vacation on the 13th and returning on the 20th. I won't get to WI till the 27th, my goal is to be back then to where I am right now, since I'm sure I'll gain on vacation. After that I'l like to loose 5 lbs a month, that is what I've averaged the last few months. This site has been great to keep me motivated, Thanks everyone.

Thanks for the warm "welcome back"! :) Still having computer problems, but will try to check in often. WI is tomorrow. My home scale shows me down 3.4lbs, but the one at WI is never so kind. :?: We'll see how it goes.

Congrats Kelly on losing over the holidays. That's amazing!

My body parts are saved. On my scales here at home (my tracker is based on them), I was down 1 pound. Finally! Now I need to have a loss on the WW scales at my meeting.

I was shocked at weigh-in. I was down 4.6! On their scales I'm at 11.4, so it's not too far off from when I restarted my butterfly. Maybe I'll get to that 20 by the end of January.

The scale was good to me this week. :goodscale Down 3.2lbs. :woohoo:

I've been trying to get back into a routine. I've come up with a soup that gets me all of my veggies (I hate veggies! :barf: ) and healthy oils. I'm drinking my milk (with chocolate in it ;) ). And, I'm riding my bike 4-5 days a week :ebike: . Just have to stick with it.

Congrats to everyone on your loses :congrat: . Looks like everyone is off to a great start to the New Year!

:thanks: Thanks Tina! I spend about 2 hours on my bike. It's divided up into 12 segments. 5 minutes at level 4 for a warm up. 10 - 10 minute segments at level 5 for the actual workout. And 5 minutes at level 3 for a cool down. I usually do about 27 miles and burn (according to the computer on the bike) about 650 - 700 calories. I'm hoping to get that up some and I hope to do 5700 miles this year. :ebike: Last year I only rode fairly consistently for about 4 months and did 1700 miles, so I think the 5700 mark is do-able.

Thursday is here, so I'll kick it off. Down 1lb this week:dancer: . Would like for it to be more, but at least it's not a gain. I'll take what I can get. Have come down with a cold :( , so don't think I'll be able to bike till I'm over it. I don't expect that to make too much of a difference though.

So, how are the rest of you doing? :goodluck:

I don't understand it---yesterday I ate within my points and exercised for 40 minutes. I was up a pound today.:( :( :( I know, I know, it could be water retention or a million other things. I've just been trying really hard for a week and I get THIS!

Aww Tina. :hug: I'm sure you gained for a good cause. Maybe you gained a pound of muscle that will contribute to a big loss next week. It seems whenever I am doing well at staying OP I will have an unexplained gain one week followed by a 3lb loss the next. :cheer2: Cheering you on to a great week!

Tina, I'm with Terry! You'll have a loss next week!! I like the idea of gaining muscle, don't you?

I was down .4. I knew last week was too good to be true. lol I did write everything down again, and had activity points. I didn't use all of my flex points. One thing that I did do different was up the medicine for the pain. That's the one that made me gain before. I don't like to take more because of the chance of weight gain, but the pain won out this time.

I was down .8 yesterday. Not too bad considering it was my birthday on Sunday and my friends made sure I didn't know who I was by the time we got home. So all in all....success....

Another good week here. Down 2.2lbs :dancer: That makes 6.4lbs for the month. Might just make that 8lbs for January yet!

Hope everyone else is having success, no matter how large or small. Remember, we didn't gain the weight overnight and we won't lose it overnight.

Terry, I'll bet you will hit 8 pounds!! I gave up on my goal to make it to 20 on my tracker. Right now I hope to make it up to the 14!!

Having to go back on the stronger medicine isn't do me any good in the weight loss dept. right now. Also, I think I'm old enough for TOM to be done!! So why am I bloated and crampy??? Sorry. TMI I know.

I used my "Get Out of Jail Free" certificate at WW tonight. That's what I called it anyway, and the receptionist thought that I was nuts. I did not want the gain on my card! Next week TOM should be done, and I'll feel better about weighing (I hope!!).
