Hi to all in the whole foods world. I am trying to get back to eating right after the holidays and have finally decided to stop
with excuses, becuase there will always be a holiday/party/potluck to interfere with my goal and I need to get REAL!!!
So, I am thinking this may be my place, and am going to give it a try. I have read alot about eating etc and I think whole/ natural foods make a lot of sense. So off we go!
