Hi Joy!
It's a new year, and if all goes well, the year I get back to goal! I found a paperback copy of the original Superfoods book, so now I can refer to it when I want, and not have to check it out from the library at intervals.

B - spoonbread (a corn meal "pudding" made with cornmeal, milk and eggs) leftover from yesterday's brunch; 1 slice bacon
S - ff latte
L - leftover salmon patties
S - applesauce and lf cottage cheese
D - leftover rainbow trout (one that DH caught this summer); potatos, veg of some sort from the freezer

Scary title, considering I can't even handle the 2 day weekend threads!

B1-homemade banana bread (mostly whole foods), OJ, coffee w/ skim
B2-biscuits (not even close to whole), light butter, honey, preserves
S-banana
S-banana bread
L-lasagne, big salad w/ Italian vinagrette
S-dk chocolate, cookies (didn't I give these up?)
S-still more banana bread
S-another banana
D-lean pork chop w/ raspberry sauce, baked potato (skin & all) w/ light butter, green beans (lots), dk chocolate

About 2250 calories.

Going to try to cut back on the baked goods a bit tomorrow.

Anne
