Default Sesame Beef

From LAWL cookbook...

1P, 1FA

3 1/2 or 5 1/2oz of sirloin steak (according to plan)
1/2 to 1 packet sugar substitute
1TBS low sodium soy sauce
1/8tsp pepper
5 finely chopped green onions
1 clove garlic crushed
1/2TBS sesame seeds
1tsp canola oil

Cut beef into strips

Mix sugar substitute, oil, soy sauce, pepper, onions and garlic in non metal bowl. Stir in beef until well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes

Drain beef. Spray skillet with Pam and stir in sesame seedsm cook until brown. Remove from skillet. Add beef to skillet cook until brown. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.

May be served over salad greens (as additional veggie exchanges)

I actually made this the night before and had it with salad for lunch the next day, I ate it cold. YUM!!!!!!!!!!!
