This is my first time posting for exersize too. I really have no idea what 1000 minutes of exersize feels like. Let's see that would be just over 16 hours of exersize in a month that has 31 days. UM...:D

Sounds like we would be getting our recommended 1/2 hour a day. That would be at least 930 minutes. I am sure I can find another 70 somewhere. Since I just joined the gym I should go for it! No excuses right...

I'm in, aiming for at least 1,000 minutes, minimum of gym 4x a week. what about that truckload of firewood I unloaded/stacked yesterday? does that count for anything? ;)
