OK guys well I have gained so much and i am ready for hard work. On January 2nd, my new life begins. I signed up for different classes at the gym and a trainer who is going to follow my progress every step of the way. I am using this last week to get everything out of my system and have a new fresh begining. I can see the weight gain all over my body and in my face and i am excited cause i know that i can make it go away with atkins. I know i can also get support here from you guys. I appreciate it and i know this is going to be my year. :carrot:

I will totally be your weightloss bud AUD. We are even the same height. lol. Well i dug through all of my stuff here at the house and found my atkins book. i am going to re read it before the 2nd to kind of brush up on everything so it is fresh in my brain. i am currently in a size 16 and i have pants that are 14s and i bought some 12s the other day. that is how i lost weight the last time, the smaller clothes give me mini goals. i just cant wait to be buying 10s again. Well i am off to another day at work. I will catch up with you guys later.
