Hey everyone! My name is Jennifer and I am new to the site. I gotta tell ya, I am soooo excited! I have been looking around the web for a place where I can get together with other LA members and for some reason, I haven't had a whole lotta luck! UNTIL NOW!! :carrot:
Anywhooo........ I am one of those been-struggling-with-my-weight-forever people and I decided to join LA Weightloss because a friend of mine did and she looks great!
I had the last of four kids in 2004 and I just can't use the excuse of baby weight any more. BUT, I've been using my back surgery lately. UGHHH! I had a herniated disk removed at the beginning of August and I'm not quite out of the woods yet, but an extra 70 lbs sure does help things move along a bit faster, eh? :cry: So, here I am.
I actually joined LA a month before I had my back surgery and lost 12 lbs. The surgery threw my system for a loop and I was put on hold for about 10 weeks and I just started again the day before yesterday. When I weighed in I had gained 10 lbs back.
I am so looking forward to getting to know you all celebrating some successes together...............
